Putting the "No" in NaNoWriMo

So, it looks as though I "lost" this year.

But the effort is not totally gone to waste: I have notes, tucked away, awaiting a return-to-normal of my work (hence, writing) schedule. Retail during The Holidays, it turns out, is not the best of times to try to do anything remotely normal, or on-schedule.

Perhaps I'll have a NaNoWriMo in June, or July.

Nova is not gone, nor is her story, which, like so many others, clamors to be told....
